Awesome Doctor which i have been seeing for the past 11 years. His staff Marie and Valerie are the best and very helpful. Thank you for all you do to take care of my family.

I have been going to Dr. G for several months and have been treated for a sore throat, and some other things and have been given excellent advice, and although you may have to wait a bit it is well worth it. His treatment costs are vary reasonable, I received a flu shot plus antibiotics for around $100. If he has an emergency that comes in, then his staff will triage the patients and you might have to wait, but all medical offices that are well run do this.. as do the UTHSC ER. When the doctor I had been seeing for thirty years retired, a pharmacist at my drug store gave me the name of Dr. Gonzales; I am so glad.

It took 3 hours to see the doctor Very disappointed.

The staff is courteous and the dr had very good bedside manner, explained my problem in a way that I could understand, that day he was late and asked him if it was the norm, he apologized and said that sometimes he also have Dr appointments.

Going to Dr. G's office was fine until you sign in at 8am and he doesnt show up till 1030am. This doesnt make sense to me. Why open at 8am then if you are not going to be seeing patients at 8am. The wait period has gotten so much worse over the years. Think it time to find a differnt doctor.

Dr. Gonzalez is a wonderful and caring doctor. I would advise everyone to see him. Be prepared to wait

He just wrote a prescription and didn't ask any questions or even tell me what was wrong with me. I was in the waiting area for over 4 hours. I don't know if he was accurate in diagnosing the problem because he never told me his diagnosis. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. Wrote two prescriptions told me how to use them and left. One of my problems was my throat and he never even looked in my ears or listened to my chest or back like most doctors do. Most of the time they are all related. I don't get why anyone would see this doctor. He did not seem very caring.
