Dr. Tellez is one of the best doctors I've been to. He's very thorough and takes plenty of time with you. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Tellez for about 2 years and he is always professional and knowledgable. I highly recommend him as a general practitioner. The ADC facilities are new and very nice as well.

Dr. Tellez is one of the best doctors I've had in a long while. Very intelligent, listens well, diagnoses so far have been right on, and his staff is wonderful. I'd recommend him to anybody!
