Although infecction does occur with the use of a catheter, it is not usual from a short procedure that lasts a about a minute or two. I wonder whether procedures preventing infection were properly followed. One catheter was used a second time by the PA when I asked a question and the PA re-inserted it to show me.

I met with Dr Basillote today for the first time. I was extremely impressed by his friendly, yet professional manner. His interview of my condition was thorough, but not alarming. I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis, treatment plan & follow up suggestions. I will definitely recommend Dr. Basillote.
