Dr. Butler is amazing ! He replaced My left shoulder last year and will be replacing my left shoulder in September . His reputation is stellar and he's is an excellent surgeon . A special thanks to Scott , Kathryn and Barbara for being on top of scheduling and also explaining the procedure step by step .

Dr. Butler is an excellent orthopedic doctor/surgeon. Five years ago he repaired my left shoulder and the fact that I got full range of motion attests to his skill and care. car. Five years later I’m now getting care for my right shoulder. I definitively trust Dr. Butler with my care.

My 5 minute meeting with Dr. Butler about my shoulder separation, broken rib and partially collapsed lung was not very helpful. He checked my range of motion and showed me my X-rays. He said to wait 6 weeks and then start physical therapy. Do nothing until then. When I asked him about my pains in my chest and back he said “I would be better off asking about electrical and plumbing from him”. I was not impressed and wondered why did I waste my time coming here.

I just met Dr Butler for the first time today. He was awesome. He took the time to listen to me. I felt like he really cared about my pain. Seems to be a great guy. Two thumbs up from me.

I always have a good experience with the clinic! From before the clinic was formed as a clinic my family and I have received the best of care from Dr Cherry, Drs Soot and Keyser to Drs Duwilius, Beale and Lairson to now Dr Butler. I always refer friends too. I have used your physical therapy with Patty and every single person along the way has been concerned, helpful and supportive. This is an excellent group of people!!

Dr. Butler, when I FINALLY got to see him, was very personable. However, due to their assembly line system, I was unable to ask some questions I had. There is so much pressure when you are put into assembly line system. At last, here is the doctor, once he gave his recommendation, I had to process it. His recommendation generated a number of questions I needed to ask, but didn't. He left so quickly. His assistant, Barbara, was very likable also and far more accessible. One thing Dr. Butler said that was helpful was giving me the name & contact info. for an out-of-state doctor who does shoulder surgery using local/regional anesthesia. If I do get surgery, it will be without GA or benzodiazapines. If you have serious concerns about the possibility of Post Operative Cognitive Decline/Dysfunction due to anesthesia drugs, this is not the surgery center for you!! I really did not like the experience of being on an assembly line. I'm sure it may be more efficient, but the outcome is… less than I look for. One other concern was that I was not informed ahead of time that I would be asked to take another set of xrays. He already had my xrays from another facility, but said, via technition that there was not a scale to let him know the size of gaps, etc. If I had been informed ahead, I would have worn metal free clothing so that I didn't have to change. I asked for a thyroid block pad and was told it would cover parts that needed to be visualized. I've just had way too much exposure to radiation in the last two years! The tech said that any number of patients have complained about lack of forewarning re: xrays. He's passed it on to those in power, but no changes have been made.
