Dr. Jay Fensterstock

Never pick up the phone, It was month after month where no one picked up phone (before covid). I also was wonder where was J Fensterstock and who was supervising the employees. You could not get an appointment for months. My co worker had to make a personal appt. She also was having problems making an appointment. The front girls are very rude. I think the dentist they hire are told to find any kind of work on patients so they can make extra money.

This is the worst place you can go at the Bronx location. Please do not go there yourself or send your children. The place is filthy, you will definitely either catch a cold sore, canker soar , or fever blister which are all related to herpes. Then you have the staff giving you attitude which is rediculois, your paying money to get a disease and attitude. Then when you have a major issue you have no one to speak to because Marcia whom claims to be the manager is such a coward she leaves through the back door just not to speak to you or clarify the situation. They have caused a major problem with my child which is now costing me close to $8,000 to fix with an oral surgeon. My daughter went there for a cavity , where now she has suffered major bone loss from a major infection that ate her bone away due to the neglect of this dental facility. Supposedly there is an owner called Jay Fenterstock whom never bothers to reach out to the patient in distress, he’s probably home or on vacation… and just collects money while his facilities are run as a human zoo. It is quite a shame that the state allows this!!! Again I beg and plead with anyone that reads this please do not send your children or yourself or your pet there!!!!!
