Dr . Guan is absolutely wonder , caring and compassionate.

I was very pleased with all the punctuality & ease of waiting time. All the crew there was very accommodating & my diagnosis was one that he can help with & he addressed them all he was even able to perform 1 area that needed to be addressed. As far as l'm concerned he is a very good attentive, comprehensive and with the right alternatives l may have & all that is explained expressively.

Dr Guan is great, wholistic approach looking for root causes and getting real answers and treatment in place. I had a handful of items i wanted to check with him about and through reading my charts and history brought up everything i was thinking about without me saying anything.

Dr.Guan is the best. I had an issue on a Friday and called his office but his schedule was completely booked. I sent him a message through the patient portal and he replied Monday morning offering me a 4 PM appointment the same day. This is the kind of care that will keep me a patient with Dr.Guan for life.

Dr. Guan and the staff are amazing. One appointment with him and all my answers/concerns were addressed. He gets straight to the problem and provides amazing recommendations. I did not have any unnecessary wait time and my next appointment was scheduled at a reasonable time.

Easy to talk with and knows what to say to ease your visit. Excellent doctor.

Dr. Guan has been great. He spent quite a bit of time with me explaining GI anatomy. He is one of the few doctors knowledgeable about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and its GI impact. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Guan and the whole staff at InSite are the best Digestive Health Care team in Ventura County. Although, this was my first visit with Dr Guan, it was not my first time with this staff. Any time I have called or attended an appointment, I have always been treated with the greatest care and concern for my Health. I appreciate the courtesy and kindness just as much as the time Dr Guan spent explaining to me what was going to happen prior to my procedure, and then again, with my results, after the procedure was completed. I couldn’t be more pleased.

This was as telemedicine visit…and Dr. Guan was very apologetic about being late on the call (25 mins), but I understand that thing can happen in a medical practice. He was professional and answered all my questions.
