Dr. Jay I Lippman, DO

I think Dr Lippman is a very capable Dr/surgeon. His personal style is, at best, impersonal. This first time I met him, after waiting 10 minutes in his office, we walked in, hardly said hello, didn't introduce himself, turned on a marketing video about cataract lens options, said "watch this," and walked out. When he returned, he still didn't engage in a discussion about my condition or ask if I had any questions. On a recent return visit, I walked out when they couldn't tell me how soon I'd be called...after waiting a half hour for a 10am appointment. In this day and age it's no longer acceptable to be treated that way. There are other Dr options. I've found one.

He has done surgery twice on me. The second surgery was supposed to correct the problem. He said surgery was needed on both eyes after he did one eye. Needless to say, 2 surgeries later still can't see properly. He put in a crystal lens which caused a shadow.
