well first- start positive check in recept- in other offices were very nice, except in the hamilton office she was busy chatting with her co worker, Dr ran numerous unnecessary test, follow up OV was all of 5 minutes telling me see you in 2 years, Dr also told me he was writing my a Rx for cholesterol medicine, NEVER happened. After paying my ridiculous bill- i kept getting Bills saying I never paid for 2 months. Telephone staff rude and sarcastic, Billing- Maria- sarcastic demeaning tone, after long hold was like ok you paid, i will let billing company know. .REALLY.. 2 months later !!!. Thats all, no apology or any acknowledgement of their error. Also I am going for a procedure my doctor sent request for my test results. The office set up a surgical clearance appointment without my knowledge. when I received reminder for this appointment i DID NOT SET UP.. i call office - Appointment setter very rude , requested to speak with Doctor, i was transferred to surgery… appointment setter, who was sarcastic, laughed at me when i was trying to find out who made this appointment. I requested to speak with manager. She was like i guess i could research to see. I just canceled appointment, What a nightmare this office is..

I appreciate his foresight. For about 3 years he suspected possibly in future I may have heart situation (no rush to judgement) finally had aortic valve replaced. Through a test he noticed possible shoulder artery situation result was 75% blockage and immediate stent surgery was ordered. I appreciate a THINKING MD
