Dr. Jay Lawrence Schlesinger, PhD

Dr Schlesinger was not just kindhearted and patient, but he was so smart and experienced in his field. He listened to my sharing of childhood memories and recognized before anyone else that I had always been like this. if he was here today im sure he would diagnose me fairly and properly!! best care ever!!

Back in 2003-04 I saw Dr Schlesinger in White Plains. He was a very helpful psychologist, had all the qualities. Patience, insight, and a low-key professional temperment that enabled me to make much progress in psychotherapy, and to unravel some issues that plagued me. I was just thinking about those times and he popped in my mind so I thought it would be nice and quite appropriate to throw a great review out about him.

I wish it wasn’t so difficult to find another Therapist like Dr Schlesinger. He is by far the best Therapist I know. He saved my life. He is a non judgemental honest and great listener. His office has always been a safe haven. He goes far beyond his duties as he sincerely cares.
