Dr. Jaytinder Singh Sandhu, MD

I made an appointment on Saturday to see him Monday. The office wanted to reschedule Monday morning so I made an appointment for Tuesday morning. An hour and thirty minutes before my appointment, the office called to move my appointment up or reschedule. Appointment times are made and confirmed for a reason.

I saw Dr. Sandhu today for a foot concern that I've had for a few months. He was on time, kind, and put my concerns to rest. He also gave me ideas for preventing it in the future. I definitely recommend him.

He explained what was wrong with my foot in clear and concise terms. Not all doctors take the time to answer my questions. Some doctors simply treat. I appreciated the time he took with me. The brace he gave me still helps me years later.

His billing department values does not align with his. Dr. Sandhu was upfront, compassionate, and an all around great listener. However, after asking many questions about hidden fees, his billing department mailed me a fraudulent bill days later for a “closed treatment.” They coded a fractured toe evaluation (which a copay should take care of) as a “closed treatment” which was an additional $150. There was no treatment but a “yes it’s fractured” “no you don’t need surgery”. Let your patients know the hidden fees you’re going to slap them with so they have the decision to be “treated” or not.

He did surgery on my toe, hasnt been successful but no fault of his. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it keeps it as stirred up as my other joints. Good try though.
