I can’t even believe this “Doctor” has five star reviews. My experience with her was horrific. She immediately interrupted me when I was explaining my symptoms, she didn’t listen to my concerns, she laughed at my symptoms and literally said “it doesn’t make sense, a diagnosis for this doesn’t exist”. She is incompetent as a physician. She literally opened the door and violated HIPAA as she explained treatment while walking out of the door. Worst doctor experience I’ve ever endured.

Was looking for a new doctor after having been thoroughly disappointed by a USF Physician who I saw for about a year. It seems I was more a subject for students than an actual patient with real medical problems. I was having serious problems with BP and pain in legs and lower back .My daughter was seeing her as her primary care physician and seemed to be very satisfied with her services. I set an appointment with her office. When I arrived she asked how she could help.I gave her my complete medical history and records. Thru out a 6 year patient relationship she has been thoroughly honest and forthright about my medical issues, thoroughly explaining the situation , options and expected outcomes. As her patient she has my total respect and appreciation for her Service. Many times I have recommended Dr Mahmood to people. In fact anyone who is looking for a personal physician that has your best interest at heart I would without a hesitation recommend Dr Janzbeen Mahmood . A Five Star… Recommendation.

Thank You Dr.Mahmood for helping me at Baycare Urgent care and educating me on my health concern, adjusting my medication to heal my abscess properly, and getting me into a General Surgeon to make sure my health issue is handled properly.

I went to her with a sore throat. I also saw a lesion in the back of my throat . She diagnosed me with chronic tonsillitis and sent me off with no follow-up. She was dead wrong, it turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma.

She was very helpful. She was careful about the medicines that she prescribed and also recommended natural remedies.

Dr. Mahmood very openly and loudly talked about my personal information to the receptionists, with a window wide open to the waiting room for all to hear. She not only violated my privacy, but spoke with words that seemed to mock me and belittle my health concerns. It is very rare for me to visit doctors, and I recently began trying to monitor my health, but this experience was very unfortunate and discouraging for me. On top of it all, Dr. Mahmood ranted for about three minutes straight about insurances and lab exam expenses, telling me that blood work is a useless exam, even though I've never had it done and other doctors always recommend it, and furthermore attempting to discourage me from other blood tests that would determine why I was having a particular health issue. She eventually allowed me to get a script for some blood tests, but only after I repeatedly told her that money was not an issue for me at the time. Overall, Dr. Mahmood behaved in an unprofessional manner, and I… highly urge anyone who wants to make an appointment with her to stay away.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Mahmood for over a year now and we couldn't be happier.

I highly recommend Dr Mahmood. She has great bedside manners, she is concerned with the well being of her patients and she follow up with her patients personally when needed. It is easy to get an appointment and Dr Mahmood is the best Doctor.
