AWFUL. Seems like a kind disposition on the first visit, but after that, WOW -- her entire staff (3 of them) in the Media office -- absolutely abusive, and it seems as if she's heard it before, because when I tried to tell her I was abused by them, she said "it didn't happen" without even asking me to whom I was referring, or to what. Also they charged my insurance for things that did not happen, and charged me for refraction out of pocket and also charge the insurance for the visit, for what her office manager said was "her taking notes." WOW. Anywhere else you go for a refraction, you pay 70% less than what she charges for the refraction -- and that is IT- no other fee for just a refraction, which is all she did. In my opinion: their goal is to nickle and dime you/your insurance company -- and so much worse, is the abusive behavior. I am not a masochist, though they may be under the definition of sadistic in the dictionary, perhaps.
