Dr. Jean Claude Jean, MD

My entire experience from start to finish was absolutely HORRIBLE. From the moment he called me to go back his attitude was terrible, he didn’t even say hello. He told me that my reason for coming to see him wasn’t his problem and kept asking me “well what do you want me to do about it, that’s not my problem”. He also made it seem like my visit was irrelevant and told me that “I have 20 other appointments after you, you should’ve scheduled an appointment with whoever you saw before” he even pulled up that doctor’s schedule and told me that she didn’t have as much appointments as him and that I should’ve went to her which is so unprofessional. Not to mention I didn’t choose him I called the office and they scheduled me with him. I don’t know what happened prior to my appointment but do not take your anger out on a patient who is coming to your place of employment/ practice for help. He also brushed off my situation like it wasn’t important. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM! Find a doctor who… actually cares about your well being and not just there for a check!

He is a great Doctor, any Doctor that listen to their patients help them get better, becausehe will find your problem and he counsels his patients on nutrition a lot.lots

The doctor is decent but has no concept of time management. You will never come to this office and wait less than and hour to see the doctor. On a good day maybe 40 minutes.

Dr. Jean has been taking care of my mother for years, but I did not know how brilliant he was until she was hospitalized and hospital doctors couldn't figure out her problem. They told her to go to her regular doctor for more test. Dr. Jean diagnosed her before the test came back as exactly what he said. Great doctor and worth the 1+ hour wait. So sorry that he's retiring in a few years.

very easy going, polite, listen to his patients, explain everything you need to know about health and more. Never rush, bedside manner Excellent and always on time. Dr. Jean Claude Jean is the best doctor I ever see. Just love the man.
