Very rude people. Waited for over an hour & still didn't get seen. Disrespectful people. Don't waste your time here. They laugh & talk while you wait...even the doctor. Terrible service and then get upset when you leave. I was threaten as I left by the doctor I think...never did see doctor so I'm not sure. Office smelled strong with cigarette smoke. I mention that and attitude was given back to me. A very disrespectful place. Find somewhere else to go...dont waste your time.

all i can say is i use to see him and he moved and he was the only doctor that could clear me so i am pleased to see him back and hope he stays.

I can't speak for Dr. Boucher b/c I haven't had the opportunity to see him. I hate it when the office staff changes an appointment w/o notifying you. The office staff was rude and very inconsiderate. I flat out told her that I check my messages and I don't delete the received calls and her reply was well, since we couldn't get in touch with you, we changed your appointment and basically in response I called her a liar, thus, she replied I don't need to be treated that way. I didn't use vulgar but I had to respond by saying they weren't honest about it. Typically, I normally don't leave a response but I have to get this out b/c there are more dermatology offices out there and better service.
