Dr. Jean Marie Mullen

Misdiagnosed

Although I agree that Dr. Mullen is very nice, her services are not worth the time you are going to have to wait to be seen. In addition to that if you are not scheduling months in advance you probably wont be able to see her anyway): I feel like I gave this office a really good go, thinking that it was probably just a one time thing. It turned into a HUGE problem. My appointment would last 5 minutes but I was waiting on average 45 minutes-1 hour in the back room with a undressed hungry baby not knowing when the doctor would prance through the door. I have three children and went to probably 8 appointments, each with the same results. SO FRUSTRATING, after calling to reschedule a well check visit for my four-month old and not being able to see ANY of the 10 doctors/PA/NP in the office for a month, I am done! MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO! I would not recommend this doctor or office to anyone.
