I have been with Doctor Noel for over 21 years; and, I have always appreciated his medical knowledge; and, his patience with me. He has always displayed a high level of professionalism, which, made me feel comfortable.

I had a traumatic experience seeing Dr. Noel. He had me answer personal questions in a room with an open door and multiple people parading in and out. Called me names such as "baby" and did not care when I told him the anesthetic he was using did not work. When I reached out to discuss how my appointment went I was ignored. I am scarred for life from the poor services of Dr. Jean Noel.

We had a very bad experience with this individual, and a midwife Kathryn carr at the st Elizabeth women and infant center. I highly advise on staying away from those 2.

Very experienced, listens attentively and he's down to earth. He respects patients, one of the best in St. Elizabeth's hospital and a star in MA. Keep doing it Dr. Noel!
