DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!! He is the worst doctor I have ever seen. complete lack of empathy for other human beings. Only cares about himself and making money. If I could choose zero stars I would. Don't trust him with anything.

I can’t comment on the doctor. I never made it that far. I can’t only tell you that the staff is rude and unprofessional. He may very well be a good doctor, but I don’t think the staff has any training.A clinic is a place where common courtesy is expected. Voice Mail is always full !

Incompetent staff long hours of waiting to be seen by the Dr.

The staff is so rude. They don’t know how to talk to their patients. I’m not sure if it’s because majority of his patients are Haitians and the staff feels as though they can talk to them however they wish. I will take my mother to another office. Also, they barely answer their phones. You can’t leave a message because the “voicemail is full”. What kind of office is that. Ridiculous.

I have been seen by Dr Renelin 3 times now. The wait time used to be 1-3 hours in 2013. I truthfully think that there has been major changes in that office. I was about to leave him because of the wait not the doctor until the changes were made. The doctor is a respectful knowledgeable gentleman and his office is doing better since he has made some changes in staffing.

If your a serious person and serious about your health , I would strongly not recommend this place. The organization of these people is awful and the doctors even worse; he seems to forget everything. Nothing is saved as his patient and he will keep asking for forms he never gave you. He is the slowest person I've ever met, and waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours , which is on average the wait time, it takes him even longer to get everything of yours pulled up. Everyone complains about the wait time I'm honestly surprised it has not been shut down yet. I gave it a 1 star for everything because giving it none is not an option.

Phones are on answering service till 1 pm. Unable to get an authorization from the incompetent staff.

HORRIBLE experience with this medical office; it's a complete joke. Never seen an office staff that had so many imbeciles gathered in one place. NONE of the office staff were nice or cooperative at all. Everyone was rude and seemed to have very little knowledge of what their job duties were. We had so many complications just to get a REFERRAL faxed to the orthopedic specialist my fiancé desperately needed. Not once, but TWICE. I ended up having to go in person to inquire about the referral request sent and it was laying Ontop of their counter. The receptionist just looked at and said "we don't know what to do with it" and handed it to me like I was supposed to give her an answer. (This was the second time the request had been submitted from the specialists office and they were being ignored. My phone calls were ignored as well.) Before leaving the office after waiting for about an hour to have the referral filled out, I was told that the "referral manager" was only able there from… 8am-4pm (I had gotten there by 3:45pm) and that it wasn't "her job" to get it done and that the referral manager would get it done the next day by 10am At the latest. My fiancé had an appointment at 11am the next day and would miss it if the referral wasn't submitted. I made them aware of it and they still had no sense of urgency for the matter. The following day, I was calling their office from 9:45am-10am with no answer. Our specialists office called them and they answered the phone to request the referral again but nothing had been faced yet. I had to go in person AGAIN to get the copy myself to be able to hand into the specialists office. This was at 10:15am. Their office was closed and locked when I got there even though their office hours state from 8am-6pm M-F. I told them I had been calling with no response from them and all the hassle they put us through and I got zero reaction from them; they DON'T care. Language barrier was also a problem. The bathroom was DISGUSTING with toilet paper and urine collected around the toilet. WORST medical experience to date!!! I don't understand how they're open and working with any medically license!!! Not to mention my finances initially office visit took us 3+ hours to be seen.

I took my mother there, it was a waist of time, the lobby was packed, I waited for 6 hours, staff rude and unprofessional, dr renelien don t care and don t follow up with his pt. He seems to forget the oath he took to care for human life, not animals. The care o on o to 10 scale.
