Dr Jean H. Rhow, MD

Dr. Rhow really spent the time with me, reviewing my personal medical history even talking about my lifestyle habits like diet, exercise and sleep to make sure I was doing all the right things. She gave me a great treatment plan and took the time to speak with specialists about my case and then followed up with me to see how things were going. Can't recommend her highly enough! I agree with the last post that those negative reviews seem like the opposite of my experience, almost like that cluster of reviews were written by the same angry person who didn't get what they wanted...

I had an urgent health concern and had Dr. Rhow on an after-hours phone appointment. She took a ton of time with me! She'd reviewed my med record before the call. She ordered an immediate x-ray and offered to come into office to see me after hours. She followed up after the x-ray. She emailed a specialist on my behalf. I was astonished by how much time she took with me. I am going to see if she can be my regular PCP from now on. I don't understand the negative reviews (except a few on the same day seem written by the same person).

She loves pushing pills doest give a dam about the patient Doesn't spend any time in room with you..will send you back to work taking Norco.how can you drive and function at work. Sad.

she is a rude and non compasion doesn't spend that much time once she enters the room.when you tell her whats bothering you she is quick to give you pain pills. I would not recommend Dr Jean Rhow to anybody.She lies when paper works comes into her concerning your medical problems that she has to fill out you are in trouble. I think she forgets what dx"s she puts. down .If the Insurance ask her has this happen before she will say no. and your Insurance won't pay. She is not professional

Can't say I really recommend Dr. Rhow. She was my PCP at Kaiser and always had a nonchalant attitude, was always in a rush. She often dismissed my issues and was hesitant to refer me most of the time. Also often quoted "Kaiser Policy" to avoid writing me notes but my new PCP at Kaiser was willing to for the same issues. I don't get the sense that she cared much.

Not the greatest bedside manner. Unless you're losing a limb, she's not going to stop to talk to you. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Anything else? No good, move on. The front office staff is pretty nice. She jumps to prescribe the strongest medication to get rid of your symptoms, while I get this theory, don't cha think we should look at something long term? Instead of all meds that mess your kidney, liver and etc. up in the long run?
