A wonderful physician. Her bedside manner is what I remember most. I enjoyed check ups, and especially when I had to cough for her. Very easygoing and a lovable doctor. I wish I could get another check up now!

I started with her when I lived in Baltimore & now travel from Harford County to have my 2 son's continue to have her as their pediatrician. She has excellent clinical skills and cares about her patients. I highly recommend her. As far as waiting,that is because she takes the time that is needed with each patient, I would suggest either beging the first or last appt to void long waits.

I just love this doctor! She has seen all of my children for over the last 8 yrs. Her office staff is wonderful, They remember your name and face and always work with you to get things done! I would highly recommend her.

The wait time if you can get an appointment can go over an hour and I've waited as long as three hours. The nurse is nice;however the front desk is terrible and non professional.Now that the doctor is older,she is slacking and losing patience with older patients. I cannot get the medical records and any type of paper for school,sports etc. I am charged for. None of the doctors and specialist that I'm acquainted with like her as a person and question her ability as a doctor. It also seems that the better the insurance you have the better your chances are to get appropriate attention. I will never recommend her again to anyone and I am sorry and embarrassed for those in the past that I did.

The doctor is nice. However, absolutely horrible service. You will wait approximately one hour to be called back and another 45 mins to be seen once in room. The receptionist NEVER returns calls no matter how urgent. They illegally withhold medical records. I have tried time and time again to get my daughters records and they said in quote '' we have more president things to do'' so you have to continuously call back every single week and it's a hit or miss whether they have enough time to copy one or two pages or records. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Absolutely appalled by the horrible customer service. Definitely does not recommend. You will regret it and hate them just as much as I did.
