Dr. Jeanne Marie Kilp, MD

Dr. Kilp is great! She is smart and kind.

Dr. Kilp is a rarity in today's medical world and in today's world as a whole. She is kind and compassionate but also an excellent physician who is always on top of any issue you may have. Nothing is ever brushed off or overlooked. She always takes time with each patient and always take the time to call each patient with important results.

Dr. Kilp is a gifted doctor--attentive and very knowledgeable. My experience with the office staff has been similar to that of others and I have stopped going there for that reason. One day, my daughter was instructed to arrive 15 minutes early for her 1:15 PM appointment. When we arrived, the office door was closed and there was a sign saying they were out to lunch until 1:30, so we had to stand in the hallway for 30 minutes. When I call to make appointments, I reach the answering service more often than not. They don't pick up their phones until after 9:30 and stop answering at lunch and after 4:00, times that most working people can make a phone call. They are closed on Fridays. What has ultimately caused me to look for another MD is that each daughter's prescription for the pill has run out before the next scheduled appointment and when we have called to request that the prescription be refilled, there has been a delay such that my daughters have had to miss several days putting… them at risk. Usually, once we have been able to explain the situation to the NP the prescription has been filled, but the unpleasantness of the personnel regarding these issues has been rude and insulting. My children have tried to resolve the issue themselves, but when not successful, asked me to advocate for them and when I have done so, I have been treated very disrespectfully.

I saw one patient's review about the front desk and totally agree about that. I do love Dr. Kilp but the front desk does make you feel uncomfortable.

been seeing dr.kilp for over 15 years, very pleased with her and her nurse, but her front end receptionist is unbearable and as a result i will be searching for a new ob/gyn. i am upset about this, but after more than one problem with her front office help i don't feel comfortable at her office anymore.

I have been a patient for about a number of years. Dr Kilp is kind, caring and attentive. Her staff are professional, friendly and caring. Dr.Kilp is all about you as a whole person not just those nether regions she has to investigate. I can only say it's like visting Mom without the family dynamics and judgments. I never feel rushed, always feel like she gives me her full attention and is genuninely interested and treats me with dignity and compassion.

I went there last year. they keep you waiting a very long time in a very Cold room. They were not very helpful with my questions. The old broken down furniture belongs in the trash. I Will never go back.

The most caring compassionate doctor I've ever had the pleasure of coming across - I now no longer work around the area but drive 2 hours out of my way to see her! I wish she was my primary care! The office staff are also so friendly and so nice - and remember me every time!

I am shocked that she does not have a 4 out of four sor spending time with people and bedside manner. i get all my care at MGH but I will not go there for my gyn because Dr. Kilp is so great. She rocks!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kilp's for 25 years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect,honesty, and kindness for my healthy child bearing years! Now that I am 45 years old, I still rely on her for her good advice, proper medical tests, and her opinions on overall good health. I highly recommend this professional, caring individual for your care.
