Every time my Grandkids are sick, she always knows what& how to make them more at ease. Thanks For All You Do !!!

It was that I had a certain condition because I searched by my symptoms. I told her that I looked it up on Webmd and looked at me said that I didn't have it. She didn't run any tests or do any exams. I went to another doctor that did exams and ran blood tests and she confirmed that I did have the condition that I suspected. Thank goodness that it wasn't a life threatening condition. I may not be here.

Worst doctor ever!!!

Dr. J. Martin shares on-call duty with our now-ex pediatrician. Called her once on a Saturday for a problem with one of our children and her response was that I should go to the urgent care clinic. What are you on call for if not to see patients?

What a wonderful experience, meeting Dr. Jeanne-Marie Martin. It's not easy changing physicians, but her staff was extremely helpful in answering questions when I was searching. They were just as wonderful when I came in for my first consultation appt. Dr. Martin is very knowledgeable. After reviewing my records from the previous practice, she called me to let me know what she wanted to do next. She has taken the time to call me herself, to leave me a message. I'm so thankful to have found such a wonderful Dr.

Would not recommend this doctor. I arrived for annual check up for my son which had been scheduled for 6 months only to find out that the doctor was out of town on vacation??? No one called to let me know. They forgot to call in my prescriptions even after I called once to remind them it had not been called in after an office visit. Routinely overcharged for office visits and they blamed my insurance. I called my insurance company who I've never had a problem with only to hear that they had never received a claim from dr. Martins office. I was very disappointed with the office staff. I really tried to overlook some things but it never got better and they never said they were sorry.

We have toddler triplets and JMM is wonderful! A true blessing! She is so caring and makes sure to get to know each child. The other Martin seems wonderful as well and also cares for a set of triplets. To any mother with multiples you will find it takes special patience for our children and well the parents! The whole practice has a great attitude and truly cares for the children! Would recommend them for anyone!

Thank God for the Dr. Martins. As new parents, we called the office on recommendations and asked for either Dr. Martin to be our pediatrician when I was pregnant with our child. After the birth, Dr. JMM was there everyday to check on our newborn at the hospital, like clockwork, where she took time to do a careful examination each day. As a first time mom, she was such a blessing to me and still is currently. I was completely paranoid for the first year of life and she was so patient and comforting with my questions and fears. If Dr. JMM is out of the office (which is rare) and our child needs to come in, we are in the same day with Dr. M. Martin filling in, and she is a terrific doctor also. These ladies are the real deal and truly care for these children they are treating. Our child has had several ear infections and croup and was given antibiotics for the infections or steroids to aid breathing when needed. I find both of these doctors to be capable and responsible, truly… desiring the best for my child's health. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Dr. Jeanne Marie Martin. I am a first time mom and I am quite possibly the most paranoid person in the world. Whenever I call or come in she is always understanding and says, "better safe than sorry". She always makes me feel sane and more at ease. When my son was born he was put in NICU and was put on Reglan. I tried another pediatrician and he mentioned nothing about Reglan. As soon as we walked in the door with him she said she wanted to get him off Reglan ASAP. I later found out all the side effects and was SO thankful. I am also glad that she doesn't want to just drug him up. She only gives him medicine when it's absolutely needed. I am a very natural person so I am very happy with this. I couldn't have found a better pediatrician for my son.

I was actually recommended to Dr. Melissa Martin and thought that is who I made the appt with but unbeknown to me they scheduled me with Dr. Jeanne M Martin. There was an initial shock of course as we were being escorted into the patient room and the nurse said Dr. Jeanne M Martin will be with you shortly. I bucked a little of course because I was expecting Dr. Melissa Martin who came highly recommended but I had never heard anything about Dr. Jeanne M Martin. But after getting over my emotional reaction, she has been a really great doctor. I have enjoyed her and have gotten a genuine sense that she enjoys my daughter and seems to be very knowledgeable and takes her time with us and explains things very well. She has actually given us some tips that have avoided us from using medication with our 4 month old who obviously has reflux. And no she does not just spit up like every normal baby. I think the staff is very nice but they also seem to be unapproachable and a little aloof when… discussing things with them. I kind of have a feeling that they purposely didn't tell me that Dr. Melissa Martin wasn't taking new patients so that they could build up Dr. Jeanne M. Martin's clientele. But oh well, worse things have happened. I like Dr. Jeanne M. Martin and I think the majority of people would.
