Dr. Jeffrey William Frank, MD

0 Stars if it was possible to rate as such. HORRIBLE. Dr. Frank walked in the room and started arguing with because my PCP thought more GI test should be done and had them performed. He is just quick to give you a label of IBS and send you on yours way with diet recommendations. Dr. Frank has no bedside manner and completely rude. 0 stars. I will never go back to Dr. Frank again.

Dr. Frank accurately diagnosed me with Celiacs Disease recently which is greatly appreciated after feeling sick for many years and not knowing why. However, his follow-up advice was horrible, essentially he didn't want to perform any follow-up and told me to go on a gluten free diet. I had to find another doctor in order to get the proper care and follow-up tests. In general Dr. Frank's bedside manner was really awful and he was not empathetic at all and in some ways made fun of me which was not appreciated. I am grateful for the correct diagnosis but would not recommend him to friends or family.

Dr. Frank is smart, caring and personable. I have referred friends to him and will continue to do so. He been helpful in diagnosing any problems and helping me maintain ongoing health.

Dr. Frank did not come in to discuss my colonoscopy nor my endoscopy findings with me after the procedure. I was disappointed about this.

Dr. Frank has been my GI for over 10 years. He has always been considerate, thoughtful, professional, and caring. He's sharp as a tack and has always been quick to follow up with me. I'd recommend him very highly.
