Had to call back after knee surgery I needed any restrictions for my work. They said why you have a sitdown job. But my manager needed to know if I was suppossed to ice and elevate. They wouldn't give me a straight answer. Listened to one at the front desk run down patients everytime. I would go elsewhere. Then they handed me a paper for Physical therapy. Since I needed no restrictions why did I need physical therapy? Cancelled next appt. Still have problems with my knee 3 years later

My mother-in-law waited weeks to get into the doctor. The office called 2 days before her appointment and told her they would not see her because she's had too many prior surgeries. UNBELIEVABLE The patient is too sick for you to treat? Then they wouldn't give her a recommendation of who to call or see.

Over books appointments in office - don't expect appointment times to be honored.

Excellent interactions with doc and staff. Yes, wait time is a tad long, but anything worthwhile is worth waiting for. Would recommend doc to others.

The practice was very busy, but I was never rushed and felt attention was given to my issues. The Doctor even apologized for the delay in his arrival to our exam room. . I was offered refreshments while waiting.which was a nice touch. Visit was focused and the staff was courteous and organized.

very friendly office staff. smiles everywhere, very important when your in pain. Dr. Bollenbacher explained everthing to me in full detail. Will recommend to everyone

Dr Bollenbacher did nothing for me. He is the typical doctor that bilks insurance and workmans comp for all he can take. He knew from the beginning that I was paying for this as workmans comp denied my claim and my health insurance company would not pay my claim because the injury occurred at work (apparently a typical problem in Indiana due to the unfair workmans comp laws that give all employers the right to legally injure their employees without taking any responsibility). I told him not to do anything that was not absolutely necessary and only to do what would help me. He told me surgery was not necessary and that my injury would completely heal with physical therapy. I went to physical therapy for many weeks, which did nothing to help me. During the therapy weeks I kept asking for a bill which they wouldn't give me. After the therapy was over, the presented me bills for $300 per hour (a shock especially considering I had to share that hour with 2 other patients - so I… basically was ignored). After the therapy was over, Dr Bollenbacher told me that for my type of injury, therapy really isn't needed (so why did he prescribe it?). After several weeks and my injury was still a problem, he told me surgery was the only way to heal my injury. When I told him that was exactly the opposite of what he originally told me, he then admitted he really didn't know what the extent of my injury was. In addition, they have billed me for therapy sessions that never occurred and ignore me when I ask them to correct the bill. I am left with a deformity due to his negligence, a large bill, and his constant threats to sue me because I keep questioning the part of the bill that is erroneous. STAY AWAY FROM DR BOLLENBACHER. All he will do is get as much money as he can from you or your insurance company without any care for your wellbeing. He only cares about his profits, not his patients.

I waited 2.5 hours to be seen by Jeff. Went back into the room and he was in there maybe 2 minutes. Said my fracture was bridging. I asked him what that meant and he said that it is not a good thing. Then he left. His staff came in and set my cast. The cast torqued my foot and was very uncomfortable. Dr B did not even look at the cast after it was finished. I went to another orthopedic surgeon and he said that it was the worst cast he has ever seen. Now I am at risk for having surgery and being in a boot for 8-10 more weeks. Worst medical experience ever! Terrible doctor and professional. Rude staff and the waiting time is horrible!! Never going back and I hope nobody else goes through what I did...

This DR misdiagnosed my problem. I have never had such rude treatment. By his staff.Now I have a surgery that I didn't need and don't know If I Will ever recover from my knee surgery. Go to mooresvill,,IN If you want it done right to start with.
