Dr. Jeffery Allen Trail, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Trail’s for over 10 years and have found him and his staff to be caring, up-to-date, and very responsive. He takes time to listen and I never feel rushed. I would recommend his practice.

Dr Trail is an amazing doctor who really listens and helps his pts. IDK where I would be without Dr Trail and his expertise. I'm thankful to be his pt for the past 10 Yrs.

The reception at the window was unprofessional. Giving an out line on things you can say and can not say. While eating and drinking a beverage... Great. Good luck with that Dr Trail.... Your going to need it...

The girl brandy who works there has THE WORST attitude and bed side manner ive ever seen. She slammed my door closed when I had it cracked. She barged in and grabbed stuff out if drawers while I was waiting and didnt say a word to me. I might switch to a different doctor because of her. This was ridiculous. Ask a time frame from this team and they have no idea how long anything will take. I am not pleased at all with this clinic and JUST signed up to have them as my doctor. This is 3rd visit and I was treated terribly.

4.75 stars!!! I really appreciate Dr. Trail. He is personable and knowledgeable. One of the best and most trustworthy doctors I have ever seen, which is saying a lot since I, like many people, have a real hard time trusting doctors. My only critique would have to be that he books patients so close together sometimes he seems to be in a hurry and, sensing that I forget to tell him everything I had planned to. So, my best suggestion is to bring a physical list of what you want to talk to or tell him about. He actually reads it!! He looses the quarter star because ALL follow-up, after your visit is almost completely left up to the patient, with the exception of making another appointment. My last doctor, who retired, always called to see how you are doing a day or two after the initial visit (or one of his staff).

While waiting to be seen could hear his staff members discussing other patients and not being professional. Dr Trail doesn't make you feel comfortable and wanted me to make another appointment for a separate concern. The receptionists treat as if you are an inconvenience.

Dr Trail had a very negative attitude and I feel that I didn't receive quality care.

Dr. Trail has been my PCM for upwards of 15 years. I would not recommend him. He has been misogynistic and misdiagnosed me.
