I have recently been informed by a staff member from the redmond family birthing center that you are a man with decision making influence to the upcoming closure of this essential department of our communities st. Charles hospital. As i sit here wondering why one of the fastest growing areas in our beautiful nation is closing down an established fully capable and nessecary part of our communities hospital I thank god this amazing staff of nurturing kind compasionate professionals were so close at hand when we needed them. I believe they saved my newborn sons life just yesterday. Ive been witness to over 5 births and have 6 children and have never seen a more efficient group of doctors, nurses and midwives. These people have invested their lives into this place and produced miracles day and night for years. If there is any possible way for you to prolong, reverse or call to meeting a careful consideration of alternatives I believe it is your responsibility to our whole county to do so.… I encourage you to seek an alternative possiblity as a rational reasonable doctor whos duty it is to create and not destroy the healthy community which is alive and thriving here today. Do the right thing Dr. Absalon, at least until a replacement facility is available nearby in redmond or this amazing group of professionals all can continue to bless our home with their much needed skills. Dr. Jeffrey Absalon is an excellent Internal Medicine practitioner if you want to live on medicines and not "cured". Word to the wise, Medical Schools do NOT train medical students in non-traditional alternative medicine (homeopathic). Few medical doctors have knowledge about nutrition or "integrative" medical techniques: vitamins, nutrition, minerals, etc. Do your own research and suggest viewing videos by Dr. Joel Wallach, author of "Dead Doctors Don't Lie" on YouTube. His knowledge and experience is illuminating and just may save your life.

Dr. Absalon has been my primary physician for about 8 years and without a doubt I could not have been with a better one. Thorough, efficient, caring, sincere and makes you feel you are the only patient on the schedule by taking all the time necessary to address your needs.

It's wonderful to find a doctor who takes the time to understand and diagnose your problem and explain the treatment options.
