Dr. Albert has been great! Communication, explaining my procedure, and follow-up have been excellent.

Dr Albert did a fantastic job on my right knee replacement. I was playing golf in less then three months with very little pain or discomfort. He is very courteous, prompt, and caring. I went to see Dr. Albert , as I trusted his opinion. I had been elsewhere and had several concerns and issues from a recent procedure. He was extremely helpful and gave me insight on this matter. He had done my arthroscopic knee surgery in the past. I knew he would be honest. He has strong integrity and high ethical standards. I highly recommend him as a orthopedic doctor.

Dr Albert is an excellent shoulder doctor. He was so understanding of my symptoms, explained my X-rays to me and took the time to listen and get to know me as a patient. I highly recommend him to anyone with a shoulder related challenge. You are in good hands with Dr Albert.

Outstanding orthopaedic specialist. On time, thorough, easy to talk to and explained the problem very well, in simple terms. Discussed all options, long and short term, considered the medications that I currently take and suggested a treatment plan, which I agreed to including follow up. Overall excellent experience!

This was my first visit. Dr Albert was very nice and informative. However I found the staff in general to be less than friendly. There seemed to be a general indifference to basic welcoming and helpfulness. Example: most staff from nurse to X-ray personnel did not introduce themself or offer help to get on X-ray table etc. No real smiles and a feeling of distance. Like they didn’t want yo be there. As a retired nurse I feel this was a failure of management training in making patient feel comfortable and welcome. I haven’t experienced this in most dr offices.

Resurgens Roswell was excellent from my first call to make an appointment all the way through my first visit. Dr. Jeffrey Albert was compassionate, excellent listener and gave excellent advice for my treatment to see a physical therapist. The office staff, the medical staff and technician was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Albert.

The entire process was seem less from the time I checked to seeing the doctor. He was attentive, knowledgeable and focused on the issue while being very personable.

I recently had meniscus surgery by Dr. Albert. I found him to be kind, caring, and very informative about my procedure. I also like that I am not kept waiting for an hour before I see him. They are very punctual at this office.
