Dr. Jeffrey Burton Albright, MD

I was very, very sick. I'd waited too long to seek medical care and the local ER doctor was very worried after seeing what looked like stage 4 cancer that may have spread to several organs. In addition to that I was septic! She said if I'd waited one more day, I'd be dead. She knew I needed to be in the care of Dr Albright and had my transferred there immediately. I'd never had health issues before this. I was terrified! I didn't know if I would live or die! Dr. Albright addressed my infection first and then tackled the cancer. He listened to all of my concerns. Answered all of my many questions and never once made me feel like I was holding him up or a bother. He has a calming demeanor which really helped put me at ease during this very frightening experience. I KNOW without a doubt I received the best care! He was very thorough and after referring me to another surgeon for my bladder, colon surgery was scheduled. This was my very first surgery ever and naturally I… was consumed with fear and anxiety but I had complete confidence in him. My fears were over what to expect and what the findings would be but I knew I was where I needed to be. The surgery went well and a year later I'm cancer free! EVERYONE I talk to in the medical field that asked me who did my surgery has such high regards for him. If they know him, they say he's amazing! They just confirmed what I already knew. One last note, he also did my gallbladder surgery 4 months later and I couldn't be happier! I am forever grateful to the ER doctor who sent me to Dr Albright and of course I'm grateful to Dr Albright! I thank God often for putting my health....My life in his care. He gave me hope and along with my oncologist helped to give me my life back!

Very unprofessional and didn’t care enough for patient. my health is the terrible because of Dr.Albright. Dr.Nesbit is an overall better surgeon and you won’t have so many complications.

It isn't often that you find a doctor that will be patient and listen to all your concerns. I found Dr. Albright to be not only patient but EXTREMELY through. I am so happy to have him as my doctor and would strongly recommend him.

I used this surgeon for second opinion for hernia surgery. He was excellent! Home same day, he did a 14 hr. block to assist with pain so I didn't have to eat pain meds. Very little discomfort. The trip to B. Ham was well worth it!
