Dr. Jeffrey Allan is one of the best loving and caring physicians I have ever encountered in my life. He has found medical issues on my blood tests that other physicians have overlooked! His office and his staff, truly care for people in a loving manner, and they thoroughly take the time to overlook your healthcare. Our family is truly grateful for their treatment of patients and excellent service. He takes excellent care of my mother too! ??????

Dr. Allan is a one in a million doctor. Very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Even tho he is very busy, I have never been rushed out of his office. He takes his time to listen to my complaining about my aches and pains, and never talks down to me. I feel like he gives me the best care and genuinely cares about what I have to say. I highly recommend Dr. Allan if you are looking for excellent care and for a Doctor who listens with his heart, He is the best, most understanding, and knowledgeable Doctor I have ever had, and I am 84 years young, So I know what I’m talking about!

I don’t like going to the doctor but I am in my 80s and things are starting to need attention. I see Dr. Jeffrey Allan at Alamar Healthcare and a lot of my friends and their adult children see him too. Dr Allan takes care of more than one or two problems at a time so I don’t have to keep coming back as often. He is patient with me when I ask him a lot of questions about my health problems. Alamar Healthcare is a very busy office but still I get the attention, kindness, and time I need. I think Dr Allan went to UCLA because he sends me to specialists there.

I called and left messages for more than 3 weeks, to get Dr. Allan to go see my loved one at a nursing facility. He promised that he would go see the patient 'as soon as I can'. I was finally told that Dr. Allan did not want to take on this case. Why couldn't you have told me weeks before??

He is the best doctor we have ever seen. Most respected by the medical community which includes emergency rooms and care facilities. Follows up on his patients.

The Alamar Healthercareâ??s office manager instigated the refusal of future medical service to my wife. I had a disagreement with the office manager about her unwillingness to accept a document requiring signature as an email attachment. My choice was to fax, mail or hand carry the document to the office. I hand carried the document and expressed my disappointment that they wouldnâ??t accept an email. Soon thereafter, the office manager called us to discuss my issue and to find out if my wife was satisfied with the medical services being provided. I restated my concern and my wife said she liked and trusted her doctor. A few days later my wife received a letter stating because of the loss of trust between her doctor and my wife that she should seek medical services elsewhere. The letter was signed by her doctor and Dr. Allan. Neither doctor bothered to verify what the office manager claimed. Because of this lack of good judgement and fairness, I no longer trust this healthcare… provider.

Does not adjust well if care does not fit within his box. Have been long term, loyal patient. Fell through cracks when needed his expertise most. Continuity of care major issue with recent hospitalization. Rotates with other partners, communication poor between them. Prolonged recovery and undue suffering.

As I was getting ready to go out of town I called my pharmacy to get a refill as I was down to two day supply. Pharmacy called back and said Dr. refused to authorize refill. I called Dr.and was told I had to be seen.I said how about today. They said they didn't have an appt. Asked them to call Pharmacy and OK refill as I was going out of town. Later that evening I called pharmacy and the Dr. never called in refill. Dr. should not cut off maintance medsfrom his patient, poor and dangerous practice that needs to be corrected.
