A wonderful experience, from initial consultation through the actual colonoscopy. Dr. Aronoff and staff were kind and professional throughout.

Beware! Doctor gets touchy if you go get second opinions. Wonder why?! Leaves you high and dry post op and refuses to see patients who go get second opinions of the treatment plans he suggests. Possibly can be sued for this. Visit at your own risk and without ever consulting doctors at other hospitals once you start treatment with him. Extremely unprofessional and quick to make a buck. Imagine being harrased post op for care as a patient when you are already sick! Abs ridiculous. Never seen this before and have been treated by all the top hospitals in NYC. Stay away!!

I called two times and had the front desk clerk confirm that they take my insurance because the website said otherwise. I made her repeat back to me each time confirming that they do indeed take my insurance. I took time off work and $40 in cab rides later only to wait in the waiting room for 20 min passed my appointment time to be told that they don't take Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield EPO and that whoever told me that they did, didn't know what they were talking about. Completely livid with their incompetence and lack of empathy in wasted time.

Worst experience ever! I could had serious consequences from his post surgery care. After developing a anal abscess and undergo into surgery with him, he neglected to give me antibiotics and keep squeezing pus from an open fistula. Thank god I went to another doctor for a second opinion. I had two more surgeries and a complete different experience. I don’t recommend this doctor to anyone one.

Dr. Aronoff is an excellent physician . He is kind , understanding and compassionate. He always takes time to sit you at his desk and answers all your questions. He does NOT make you feel embarrassed about ANYTHING .He makes me feel ver comfortable. His front desk staff is very courteous , and a pleasure to talk to
