Dr. Jeffrey Brian Banyas, MD

I know I have a hearing loss & wanted to know if it could be corrected. I asked him if sinus issues or adenoids could cause it since he also is an allergy 'specialists'. I had to ask him to do an MRI & all they look at is the report to see if you have tumors. I know I don't have any tumors, but he didn't look at the MRI, someone else did. My eardrum is tilted. He didn't even know that. I wasted my time & still got nothing corrected & still can't hear I thought I was going to a specialist. If you have serious problems, go to someone else. The other reports of rudeness from his staff are only in his McMurray office. The staff in Washington at Wellness Way are terrific.

I've been seeing Dr banyas for years! He is great, straight-forward and matter of fact! He's a conservative physician and dosent jump right into uncalled for treatment. He does have a different type of personality but he does know what he is doing and I have my trust in him whole heartily!

I signed in and was asked for test results my girlfriend gave them my first visit the receptionist was very rude and didn't believe my answer my girlfriend is allowed to talk to them about any of my medical I signed papers and everything so when she heard me struggling with what hospital my test was done at she came up to the window to help me the receptionist didn't acknowledge her answers at all had an incredible attitude shoved paperwork in her face smacked her lips and said she wasn't talking to anyone but me.... Didn't ask me at all if she could talk to my girl didn't look at my paperwork obviously and turns out my girl was right she knows all my medical history that's why I signed for her to help me and it didn't even matter I was so embarrassed I wanted to walk out my girl got so upset she let out a cuss word and the head nurse got called and we were told we couldn't talk that way but I wonder if the rude woman ever got any punishment probably not because my girl let out a bad… word we were the only ones in the wrong come on get real

Great specialist

Dr Banyas is an overall great dentist. His office staff do not put the customer first. They do not try to work around your needs. They are irritated with any questions you may have regarding insurance claims. I personally would not tollerate a rude, uncourteous staff handling the "future" of my business.I am seriously considering leaving after the experiences I have had with Beth.

my wife punctured her eardrum with a q tip after 2 visit no improvement when i asked for him to give her something for the pain he said take motrin,no compassion whetsoever

Took 2 yr old son there to have tubes put in his ears, he left the option up to me told me that he can put the tubes in or he could go with out and them and suffer through the ear infections, you would think he would tell you that he needs the tubes no questions asked and so on, no I did not like him his bed side manner is horrible if you have questions he dismisses them and moves on. if you have children dont go to him the only reason i went to him was due to the fact of my insurance no other doctors would take it. dont reccomend him at all

This doctor may be the best diagnostician in the free world but you would never know it. He was so irritated by the fact that we were in his office and asking questions, that we couldn't possibly know the answers to, that he dismissed us completely. We left his office poorer and none the wiser! He didn't even explain why he prescribed the medication he prescribed. I would not suggest this doctor to anyone who cares at all about the way they are treated as human beings.
