Dr. Stephen Michael Froman, MD

RUN. This was one of the worst medical appointment experiences I have ever had. My original appointment, last week, Dr Froman was an hour late, and I had to leave for work. Today I was kept waiting for 45 minutes. The doctor was incredibly rude, dismissive, seemed irritated that I was even there. I have had a burning sensation in my nose and green mucous, headaches and chronic ear infections diagnosed by other physicians. When I attempted to describe my symptoms, he informed me that there is no such thing as a sinus headache, felt my jaw and told me I had TMJ and to see my dentist. I’m not sure how TMJ explains my other symptoms, and Dr Froman certainly didn’t want to take the time to explain it to me. About a 2 minute visit overall, he spoke over me the entire time, and seemed to take great enjoyment out of attempting to make me feel stupid for coming to him. I left in tears. I would not send anyone I care about to this doctor. I am sure he feels his time is precious, but… he is treating human beings whose time is also to be respected. If there were a negative 23 stars that’s what he would get from me.

This doctor would not listen to me when I tried to explain my condition and he gave me a topical ointment and told me to come back in ONE month. I went to another doctor and was diagnosed with skin cancer. Do not go to this doctor. Thank goodness I didn't listen to him

My visit to Dr. Froman was horrible! He didn't listen to me when I said I had previous surgeries on my ear. When he was looking in my ear, he kept moving my head roughly and poked the inside of my ear, which was so painful that I jumped. Then he told me to 'calm down'. This was my first time with this doctor, and it will definitely be my last. I have never had such a bad experience with a doctor visit. He didn't seem like he cared about what I was saying and was very arrogant.

Dr. Froman looked in my ears nose and throat (less than a minute overall) then proceeded to tell me he would schedule me For a slew apena test. This is after I told him I already had a sleep apnea test and the results were inconclusive. To which he responded with “well I don’t know what you want me to do, I can’t cure your issues overnight.” I said well I just thought you would give me more information not cure my issue overnight. Then he said “You came in here with an attitude.” I came in with a medical issue that I thought I was bringing to a trained professional. Wrong. Do not waste your time here.

Offered no treatment or answers. Condescending and rude. Unnecessary testing done. A big waste of my time and money.

At the beginning of allergy therapy it was a little different learning the staff.. Now, that I have been a patient for over a decade. I can not complain. I never have to wait for an appointment or refills.. I'm pleased.

Dr Froman is a patient, caring, and thorough professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Froman is very rude and talked down to me. He said he did not have time to talk to me about my issues. He admitted to making a mistake, but still billed for it! He only spends 3 minutes with you and acts like he is being bothered with you and does not seem to know his "specialty" at all. Worst doctor I have ever met! Do not waste your time (which can be hours in the waiting room) or money! Dr. Froman only cares about making money!

I had an appointment last year with Dr. Froman for a constant feeling of something stuck in my throat. After waiting 50 minutes in his packed office, I finally saw him. He spent about 3 minutes total with me, rushing as fast as possible. He jammed a mirror in the back of my throat for literally 2 seconds and then said in a condescending tone, "Good Job - I knew you could do it." He told me I have "globus histeria" which is basically like saying "It's all in your head - there's nothing wrong." The rest of the 3 minute appointment, he spent asking me what I'm even doing here and why I'm not at home studying. (I'm in college.) If you would go to McDonalds and an employee treated you like this, they would be fired. So what if it's all in my head, the least you could do is be nice to earn over $100 in 3 minutes.
