I was there to get ear wax taken care of so it wasn't a big problem. However, I am in the office for that reason at least once a year and have always been treated very well by everyone involved. I have recommended this office to numerous friends. Thank you to everyone.

So trusting and knowledgeable

The office was welcoming from the moment I walked in. It was COVID safe, (masks, social distancing, and clean). The techs were understanding and professional. The questions were asked and they really listened. When the doctor walked in, he also asked questions and listened to me. The diagnosis was correct the first time and treatment options were discussed. The decision was left to me, I was not pressured to go one way or the other. The follow up was just as professional and understanding. We had to move on to another treatment. Everything was explained clearly to me, and every step of the treatment was just as explained. I am doing better, but am going to go back next month for another follow-up to make sure all is well. I highly recommend Dr Baylor.

He fixed my son’s issue with his nosebleed. My son is really happy that his nose stop bleeding just with one visit to the doctor. Why we didn’t do it early? My son asked me.

Short waiting period. Very through hearing tests and well documented by the testing technician. Doctor presented to me a clear interpretation of the test results and the recommendation to obtain hearing aids to remedy my hearing deficiencies.

Dr. Baylor has been my ENT for almost 20 years and has treated my ears, nose and throat, including 3 surgeries. I know I am in good hands.
