I had a great experience a month ago when I went in to be treated for large polyps. I have a follow up appointment this week and the treatment plan has been successful so far. I went from having almost no sense of smell to having around 80% of my sense of smell back. I hope the treatment continues to work. I look forward to my follow up visit!

I was recommended to Dr Bedrosian from my local ENT. I felt the best quality besides his talent as a surgeon was his honest down to earth approach. His team is top notch and really care. My case was not easy to solve, and his team was able to fix me. I am very impressed with the care I received and highly recommend this practice!!

Doctor Bedrosian was the third and most recent otolaryngologist I visited in my many years of suffering from a chronic mucus and nasal problem. He was the only doctor to put together a step-by- step plan to discover the issues. He was very polite, professional and competent. I found his beside manner to be one of the best I ever experienced. Dr. Bedrosian is very personable and has a great sense of humor. On my first visit he explained that I had polyps and what may have caused them. After using a medicated sinus rinse, the polyps cleared and during my second visit he discovered a tumor in my sinus cavity. He explained in great detail the procedure and the need to have it surgically removed. During follow up visits we engaged in conversation during my visit, both professional and general. Great bedside manner in preparing for surgery. Maybe some of the patients didn't understand his personality. I though his humor lightened the stress and anxiety of my diagnosis. I have even recommended him to friends with similar sinus conditions. I had some complications after the surgery but he has explained the healing process and I trust him a great deal. He's an excellent surgeon and although some don't understand his humor, or personality, as long as the end result of being healed and being back to living a normal… life is accomplished there's noting else to ask for. Now I'm almost back to normal and can once again breathe through my nose. Keep up the good work doc! Ed

Worst bedside manner. Terrible personality

I would not use this dr. He is not honest

He removed my polyps from my sinuses to include up into my forehead! He did an amazing job and has a lot of experience. Very squared away! ????

Dr. Bedrosian is an excellent Doctor.. I have seen him a number of times for nose and ear issues. He always explains what he is doing and his diagnosis is accurate. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Bedrosian doesn't talk much. He doesn't give you explanation, or scenarios, or elaborates on your illness or what is causing it -- no chit chat -- as he appears to listen while glaring at you. Don't expect compassion or empathy. He barely says "Hello." At times I even felt like I had to PROVE to him that I was sick! As addition to a general lack of enthusiasm, he does not exude confidence or urgency that he's going to make you well again. Blah! After two visits, and still no relief of illness, I'm moving on!

Seems knowledgeable, but I've never seen a worse bedside manner.
