EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, DIFFICULT SITUATION WITH MOTHER DRIVING

Dr Brown is very smart, caring, professional, and he has excellent bedside manner. He actually seems to care about you and seems to still have passion about his work. I wish he would have been the first doctor I'd seen because I wouldn't have wasted time on other docs who were a waste of time.

Read the first page of a report that written by a different doctor. Told me I was faking my illness and I needed a psychiatrist. After flipping to the second page of the report, he found the diagnosis and tried to take back the first comment, and that there 'could be' a problem. I was so emotionally devastated, I left and would never return. Found another doctor that helped me.

He has been there for me for 23 plus yrs. Was hard on me when I needed it and yet was there for me for a shoulder to cry on. and was willing to try new things to make me better or stay with what worked when needed. I thank you Dr Jeff for being there all these years. My only complaint now that you moved is all the #s are wrong when you look them up online and when you call info for 411. YOu need to get it changed please

After over a year of having doctors walk in the room already having their minds made up about my husband and his symptoms. It was great to meet a doc who actually investigated and listened before making up his mind. He spent a lot of time with us, placed personal calls in a very timely manner to follow up with test results and/or questions. Really a good experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Brown for over 15 years and he has never failed to misdiagnoses any of my neurological issues. Not only are his diagnosis physiologically and psychologicaly correct, his is a very kind person to work with. Highly recommend.

I've seen Dr. Brown since 2006 and find him to be exceptional. His willing to explain and answer questions is great, especially with such a high demand specialist. He's extremely thorough and willing to take a patient's opinions and concerns into account. While the wait for a first appointment can be long, its is well worth it. During my wait for an initial appointment I had make an attempt with another neurologist due to pressure from an employer. That doctor, sadly, was a waste of time and incapable to the kind of empathy and understanding that Dr. Brown shows.

Dr. Brown is a very competent individual. Obviously he has years of experience, therefore has a lot of knowledge. He is good at what he should be - diagnosing. HOWEVER, his professionalism is non existent. After several extremely uncalled for and unprofessional comments, I wouldn't recommend him. His bedside manner is horrible, but he is a good doctor. It would be your call whether you should pursue him as your neurologist...

Dr. Brown is extremely knowledgeable neurologist and an excellent diagnostician in dizziness. His pleasant confidence gave me assurance that he considered all possibilities in arriving at my diagnosis. He made a digital video of me during the exam and used it to show me the actual basis of his diagnosis. I feel hopeful and relieved to have found such an excellent doctor to treat my dizziness.
