Dr. Jeffrey Francis Cattorini, MD

I had a terrible experience with Cattorini. He failed to correctly diagnose by condition. After spinal fusion surgery, of L3,L4,L5 and S1 it took 4 years to discover that the fusion between L5 and S1 has never fused, resulting in extreme pain and the need for another fusion surgery. Great attention before surgery - terrible after surgery.

Dr. Cattorini has always had my best interests in treating me for various neck/nerve issues. He tends to be a no-non sense doctor without wasting time on appointments. If you are looking for a hand holding doctor to be your best friend, pass him by. However, if you want doctor who is a very competent surgeon, and cares about his patients - Choose him.

If you require spinal fusion and laminectomy at L4-L5, L5-S1, RUN from this doctor! He conducted 2 surgeries on my back, and he basically left me ruined for life. He failed to do the proper due diligence prior to surgery. He should have done a bone density test first. Had he done so, he would have know that I was bound to have hardware failure and that I was not fused. He overlooked inserting two cages in my spine as well.

Dr. Cattorini is as great a doctor as one can find. Lumbar fusion corrected a ruptured disc. I'm fully recovered and playing men's league soccer in my 50's. Took time to heal and I had to do my part - physical theropary. Know your body and know you can talk with Jeffry Cattorini - he listens - he made my life "right" again.

Knowledgable and courteous. Office staff helped freely when needed. Performed a very unique surguery as promised in a courteous and proffessional manner. Would recommend without hesitation or reservation.

Sorry to learn he has sold out to the almighty dollar and no longer accepts Medicare. He may be a great surgeon, but my opinion of him has dropped.

One of the best physician I have ever seen. He is truly concerned about giving you the best treatment and is diagnoses. His staff is the best. They care about doing p best with all the paperwork and exactly as the he instructed. Work as a team.
