Summary
Working with adults, children and couples I use a variety of modalities including mindfullness, cognitive, DBT & exposure therapy. In working with couples I focus on improving their communication skills & their emotional closeness. I also specialize in treating PTSD, OCD, phobias and GAD using exposure therapy.
I have worked with clients in a variety of settings including clinics, schools, and in private practice. I have specific interest in helping people with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, ADHD, and behavior problems. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and couples. I provide play therapy. I also use DBT therapy for BPD.
