Dr. Jeffrey Arthur Dann, MD

I am a quadriplegic who deals with ongoing urological issues. I have seen numerous urologists in the past. Dr. Dann is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered. His support staff are miserable and rude. The nursing staff have literally jerked me around about dealing with a UTI to the point where I face going to the hospital instead of getting fair treatment that they promised me a day ago. Now telling me I have to come in person when they've had two urine samples dropped off by family members. Have got nothing but a runaround and poor treatment from this office. Do not waste your time or money.

I had an appointment with Dr Dann today and I am thankful that I found Him , He is very competent and has a good bed side manner,I am a prostate cancer survivor and know the importance of having an excellent uroligist for My health , He more than fills that bill and I would recommend Him to any men needing urology care in the palm area coast . Dr Dann has been treating me for more than 10 years. He is always friendly and caring. The office is very efficient and I'm usually in and out in less than 30 minutes.

When a patient is brought in to Dr Dann for excessive bleeding from a catheter issue and told to go home he'll be alright, that's an issue. Within days, this patient was put into ICU caused by bleeding that resulted in sepsis to start. One of his nurses, wish we could name her, was incredibly rude and clueless to a painful situation resulted in the demise of my father. Shame on her.

I had a Rx from Dr. Dann which was incomplete. The pharmacy called the office 2x's and we called 3'xs. On the 3rd try, I was explaining to her that there was no amount of pills written on the script. The nurse became belligerent and confrontational asking me if I was saying the Doctor was incompetent. What?? All se had to do was inform the Dr. of the omission and return the phone calls to the CVS pharmacy. No she did not and I never got my prescription. This sounds more like an incompetent nurse.

Dr. Dann appears very combatant. Talks very fast , rushes in and out . My husband has a high PSA . After talking to others , I'm concerned we did t get all the guidance we need . We were told with a PSA of 8, then 6, he could safely wait a few months to check it again . My husband jumped on that . I'm very concerned that was not good advice . Pray , pray and pray some more .

After getting all my vitals done, Dr. Dann came into the room, shook my hand, asked my symptoms, told me I could have bladder cancer or kidney stones, told me to pee in a cup and see the scheduling person. That was the extent of my visit. I wanted to ask questions but I felt I was rushed out. The staff seemed bored and in a hurry to get me out of there. From arrival time to ending time it was about 15 to 20 min. Even my husband was surprised the the exam was finished. I wouldn't even call it an exam.
