I was going in for a routine physical. It took me 5 weeks to get an appointment. Then, the day of my appointment I arrived 25 minutes early. I was brought to a room right at my appointment time and the nurse took my BP. Never once did she ask what I was there, which didn't seem odd because my appointment wasn't for an illness. I then waited in the room for 1 hour and 15 minutes. At this time I went into the hallway to see what the problem was. I was told that there were still 2 more patients ahead of me and it would be a while longer. When I told them that a physical shouldn't take this long, the nurse informed me they were no aware I was there for a physical. At this point I told them I would not be waiting and left. The nurses then had the audacity to ask me if I would be rescheduling! A routine physical that should take 20 minutes took me 2 hours and nothing was done! I have tried to get illness appointments in the past with this clinic and was told the earliest appointment would be… a week later. This is a horribly run clinic run by incompetent people.

Materialistic with poor bedside manners. DON'T GO THERE !

this is a great DR. and the staff is very kind and good at what they do. I recommend him and the staff very highly. There bedside manner is great.I have been going there for about 15 years.

Doctors do not know all the answers! Some will by pass it and not say anything at all. Dr. Deitch admits to the fact that he is not to knowledgable about the disease and will check into it and get back to me. Within a day or two he does get back to me and recommends what we should do. If that suggestion should not work we try something else or he sends me to an specialist. We work together on my health and that is what I like. I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr.Deitch D.O.

Dr. Deitch is a very kind Doctor. He is very thorough. The waiting time during a visit has greatly improved in the past couple years.

When i go and see dr Deitch i know i may have to wait awhile but I also know after many many years of having him as my primary care physican that i couldnt be in better hands. His knowledge and bedside manner is untouchable. In my opinion he's definately worth the wait in the waiting room.
