Dr. Jeffrey Edwards, MD

Dr. Edwards has always been attentive & I’ve been overall happy with him; however, I cannot say the same about his staff. I’ve experienced difficulties in getting a certain “controlled” medication that will only allow the doctor to have it refilled and I end up going without this medication for 2-3 days every month before it gets called in. His office mgr. has been polite after hearing my complaint & states she’ll address this to staff. Today after numerous attempts since last week to get meds, his medical assistant complained they didn’t have enough time to address the situation with 4,000 other patients that needed attention. She was extremely rude & raised her voice to talk over me because she didn’t want to hear me out. I’ve already found another doctor in the meantime but like to warn others what your up against with the practice.

He seemed to be skeptical of some things I said. I had to verify everything I said. Really rubbed me the wrong way.
