Dr. Jeffrey English, MD

I have seen Dr. English for over three years at the MS center of Atlanta. He is very kind and listens to everything that I have to say. We have always had a great doctor patient relationship. If I send him a message through the patient portal I always receive a response back. He is genuinely helpful and always concerned about my health and well-being. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a neurologist

I was sent to three different office. Then I was told I was and hour late at the third office and the doctor appointment had been reschedule.

Dr. English is the best. I had a side affect to meds and gave me guillain barre. In 2006, not many Drs knew a lot about this condition but he was able to help. Everything he said would happened with this disease and he guided me through this rough period. I am forever grearful for Dr. English.

Dr. English is the most compassionate and caring Physician ever! Having a disease (MS) can be devastating! I am so proud to call him my Doctor! He takes the time to answer your questions with the best bedside manner I've experienced. I would absolutely recommend him to everyone experiencing such life changing illnesses! I will forever be grateful!

Very difficult to get any communication to or from this doctor after you leave your appointment. You must leave multiple messages and good luck getting a call back. I would not consider this a good patient/doctor relationship.

Dr. English seemed like a good choice at first, until i called with complaints of my condition. I have left numerous messages because his nurse would never call back.There were urgent situations that needed some medical direction. Taking weeks to call a patient back is unacceptable. If I have chosen you as my doctor, i expect you to proactive with my health care, not treat me like a number on your list of patients. Obviously my health was not the top of his list. Hearing I'm sorry I tried to reach you, I left you a message ( no message was left), the dr. has been out of the office all week, I'll put an emergency call in to the dr. and call you back got really old really quick, especially when the nurse never called back. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with this practice. I have never been treated so poorly by a physician.

Dr. English is the most thorough, compassionate physician I've EVER been to (I'm 65 - & fourth M.S. Dr.) He listens! He is totally dedicated to making a correct diagosis, making it possible to receive the best treatment available.

I like this Dr, but this is a big practice with A LOT of patients and it's easy to fall thru the cracks. If you know all the regular procedures your condition requires and you can manage your own care, you will do well here. They have great equipment. If you don't know what you need, the receptionist might not schedule it.

Canceled a Dr.s appt. and never notified me to reschedule; I found out when I called in to ask what was the next test to be conducted since I am having so many issues. Participated in an EEG - unable to find the results - after several calls - results had never been read from the Initial referral. The support staff is Wonderful however there is no one to manage my care from the Dr.s perspective.
