No question Dr.Epstein is the most qualified to perform Hair Transplant surgery due to besides being an artist he is a plastic surgeon that you need to make sure no scar remains where incision is made.I recommend traveling to Miami for a better price than NYC.The negative is the feeling of being rushed & feeling that you are just a number ,get paid,get treated & get out.Dr.Epstein is way to busy to see you outside of 1 minute,however the plus side if you do not mind feeling rushed is that you do have the best Doctor to perform the Hair Transplant with the most results in one process.On the negative side I was given a prescription for pain medicine & was given mild pain medication as well ,but was not told take it if you need it ,& when the swelling went down & i needed the prescription medicine ,it was too late ,everything was closed & the entire night suffered in excruciating pain .I should have been told to fill the prescription which I was not,just handed a paper & told take it if… you need it.Still the bottom line is the results ,which Dr Epstein with his expertise is qualified to perform.

I have been to this office many times always leaving feeling cheated. They sent me to the hospital without any paperwork describing why. They never follow up on anything. I have many unanswered questions on every visit. I have moved to another doctor but cant forget how poor their service was. No longer will they feed off of me and not provide the service I pay for.
