Maybe he’s only given 5 minutes per patient. Maybe my insurance don’t reimburse sufficiently. He just wanted to get me in & out like factory medicine. Some visits were better than others but I don’t like being rushed to explain myself when really all I need is a few good minutes of his time. I’ve had other providers that were especially attentive and they were Nurse Practitioners. I need to find another one.

Dr Figa is very knowledgeable and I enjoy having him as my doctor, however, there were multiple problems with his office. From scheduling an appointment to getting records, nothing is easy. He explained that he has no control over how his office is run, which is a shame, because he agreed with me and took my complaints seriously. But he gave me his office manager’s number and when I did contact them my concerns were disregarded. I have lost faith in the Norton system and I will be looking elsewhere for a doctor. I would go to him if he did not work for Norton.

Great doctor, mediocre office

My doctor was out with surgery. Seen 1 doctor the first month out. No problems. 2nd month seen him. Walked in and started talking to me like something that crawled from under a rock. Didn't examine at all. Wouldn't take a dog to him.

Seen Dr. FIGA for the first and last time on Dec.14,2018 , never once checked any of my vitals even though I have heart failure and high blood pressure. Not what I would call a thorough physician.

Doesn't take time to explain, doesn't seem to care about the patient's concerns, patient complains of sore legs and his response is "well, that happens with varicose veins" when the patient had never been diagnosed with it before. Treats diabetes with "strict diet" and when one drug doesn't work he doesn't even try another.

Dr. Figa is a great doctor. He listens to your problems very well and get to know his patients on a professional level. Only thing I can say needs improvement is he needs to be aggressive in treatment.
