Great doc, waiting times at office not so good.

excellent caring doctor, providing wonderful treatment. However the office staff is terrible, you can never reach a receptionist and when you do they d not follow through staff dose not return calls, does not process perscrition renewals in a timely fashion. Very very unnerving to deal with. If it were not for the excellent care Dr. Friedman provides I would most certainly go elsewhere for care

Most accurate and caring Doctor that I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. Not only is he known for saving hundreds of lives, but he's also the most genuine person. The staff is incredible, and wait time is short. I love in New York and I make the 2 hour trip just to see Dr. Friedman!

SUCH A CARING PROVIDER

The doctor is nice, but his staff is horrible! Very rude, embarrasses patients about their bills right in front of other patients. Equipment is old. You are forced into "follow up visits" (read: additional billed visit) to get results. They are very bad with following up results on the phone.

Long wait times, rude office staff, they encourage you to see the PA instead of the doctor himself, and then practically blackmail you into coming in for a "follow-up" (another billable appointment). They would not give me my results over the phone! And embarrassed some patients who owed money, in front of other patients, in the office. Money hungry and horrible office! They should spend some money on their outdated equipment!
