Dr. Michael Santos Wong, MD

I've been going to Dr. Wong for years and am happily satisfied in his care.

My brother went to him to follow up on a stroke and a blood clot in his brain. He also has high anxiety as a result of the stroke. Dr. Wong spoke to him like no PCP should ever speak to a patient. Told him that he wishes who referred him had never done that. Told him how overwhelmed he was while being very rude. His office staff is less then to be desired as well. Also very rude. If Dr. Wong did not want to treat my brother then he should of just said that in a nice way. I guess we should not have expected too much from a store front doctor. If I could I would give him zero stars. Safe to say the State of CT will be receiving a nice complaint about this man.

I've been looking for a new primary physician for a long time - well, I finally found one! Dr. Wong is kind, thorough and easy to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to discuss any issue with him as he's super easy to talk to and non-judgmental. He's managed to get my condition under control and truly cares about what I have to say. He makes sure that I understand why he's prescribing (or not prescribing) something, possible side effects, etc. His office is always available to get me in for an appointment if I'm not feeling well AND they do blood work right on site. I almost hate to write a good review because I don't want him to get inundated with new patients, lol.

Dr. Wong "Cares", He took the time to listen and actually hears what you are saying. I;m the type of person who does not like to talk about myself and will brush it off that I will just get over it. Tough-it-out attitude. Dr. Wong has helped me out immensely. I have not been to a Dr. like this since I was a child when Dr's did house-calls. I would Highly recommend. Most important of all, I found the staff in his office to be a courteous, helpful and in no way did they make me feel uncomfortable.

This is by far the best doctor in Milford. He is patient, listens, has always helped me weather it be a Sinus Infection, to the Flu, and has managed to get my blood pressure under control after another doctor failed to do that for over a year. I would not go anywhere else, and trust him when he tells me something. Yes you might have to wait a little longer, but what office gets you in when there is an emergency they do every single time. Jasmine once you get to know her is amazing.

I am not sure why everyone is giving Dr. Michael Wong anything under a 5. Yes sometimes the wait it a little longer, but the care you get is the best around. Dr. Wong is patient, caring, listens, takes his time, never rushes you and always asks how things are. I have been going here for 5 years now and will not go anywhere else. I trust him and listen to whatever he tells me.

The doctor I've been needing, seriously! Very helpful and listened to all my complaints and offered the best help and references for further blood test and specialists.
