While the doctor is a good doctor, his staff does not answer the phone, does not return messages and will not communicate. So does it matter if he is a good doctor?

OFFICE SUCKS NEVER ANSWERS PHONE, PICK UP SAYS PLEASE HOLD AND THEY LEAVE YOU THEIR WAITING FOR THEN 45MIN. NOT SURE HOW THEY SCHEDULE PATIENTS BUT I WILL NOT BE MAKING AN APPT HERE. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO GET BACK TO ME.

Dr Globus is the best dr I have ever gone to. He takes as much time as he needs to thoroughly give you A++++ medical care. The staff is wonderful. His nurse, Mina, is the one of the best too. Very prompt in returning calls or anything you need. Great office all around.
