Arrogant! Did not have the time of day to answer any of my questions. Made me take the same test and pay for it over and over because he did not get the results he wanted to get. He won't get the result he wanted because according to the specialist I went to see I don't have the eye disease he wanted me to have! The man could care less about your eye health. Schedule an appointment with someone else, this man could care less and has no time to answer your questions. He doesn't listen nor does he have any respect for people in general.

3 months after my cataract surgery I had double vision in that eye. I was told that I had astigmatism. I said that I didn't have it prior to the surgery. I was told that it could be corrected with a laser procedure. I said "let's do it" and was told that until I made my last payment they would not do the procedure. ($600) I said that I'd pay in full when my eye was corrected. It has been over a year and they have sent my account to a collection agency. Meanwhile, I still have double vision in that eye and I am leery of getting my other eye corrected. This is Tri County Eye in New Britain, Pa. They are more concerned with the $$$ than their patients well being.
