What an awful experience! Apparently if you’re a little late- despite checking in and PAYING an exorbitant $50 co-pay- this Doctor can and will refuse to see you once you return to the desk- after all that! I came in 10 late! After checking in it was 15 mins total. I even took a cab to get to the appointment. That’s 65 bucks down the drain for nothing. I wish I had checked his reviews before- even his actual medicinal practice has been repeatedly called an expensive waste of people's time. NYU said they'd refund me my co-pay same day which has not of course happened yet at the end of the day.

I REPEAT: DO NOT SEE THIS "DOCTOR" ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A WOMAN. Dr. Gross is exactly as his name, he is dismissive and condescending and just shoves physical therapy at you without giving you answers or a diagnosis. The office staff were not friendly or assisting at all.

Run away! Run away! This guy talks down to his patients and treats them like crap.

Very good experience from making appointment to meeting with the doctor and getting treated with respect. Nothing but positive to say!

I had a really good experience in his office recently. The front office people were really kind and helpful. Dr. Gross reassured me and the physical therapy I had made me better.
