Dr. Jeffrey D Hughes, PhD

I have been an ongoing patient of Dr. Hughes for about 8-9 months now. Dr. Hughes is very patient, relatable and kind. He is also direct and upfront when vocalizing his thoughts regarding behaviors and feelings that one might be unaware of, but executed in a skillful way that avoids the feeling of being attacked or exposed. This approach forces introspection and allows you to make the discovery on your own. He is validating and reassuring at the same time, which creates a safe space I haven’t found very easily with other mental health professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Hughes.

I've been 2 6 different therapists and psychologists over the years but Dr. Hughes was the first one to actually help me. My life has definitely changed for the better since working with him. I find him to be highly professional and would recommend him to anyone.

By far, one of the most distressing experiences I've had. Dr. Hughes should consider a career change.
