I have been a patient of Dr. Josef for several years. He is the consummate professional and is extremely detailed, patient, kind, and takes the time to answer any and all questions. His staff is excellent to deal with as well. I would highly recommend this practice.

The staff was extremely efficient and personable . The only waiting time was 10 minutes for the Dr to come in to see me after all of the tests were done. And Dr. Josef is the Top Notch Dr that I always see for my diabetic exams . He is One in a million!!

1st. Visit, Dr. Josef was very friendly and helpful, detailed and summed up with recommendations for next steps. I’m very pleased with his approach and look forward for next visit.

I arrived a few minutes prior to my 8:00 AM appointment & checked in. I was called in after just 5-6 minutes, the assistant asked me many questions and put dilation drops in my eyes. I was sent to another room where another assistant scanned my retinas and then I was sent back to the initial waiting room, where I sat for about 35 minutes. Once I was called in, it was just a few minutes before the doctor came in, looked at the scans and examined my eyes. He answered my questions and I was done. All told, I was there about 1 & 3/4 hours, much longer than usual, but the weather was bad and the doctor arrived late (I was the 2nd patient of the day). Lucky for them, many people were canceling due to the snowy weather. If not for the wait, I would give the doctor & his assistants 5 stars.

Immaculate, ultra modern equipment, inspired total confidence. AWESOME RECEPTION & NURSE ASSISTANTS! Dr. Josef is a gem. Great listener & thorough explanation of our issue. Would give 10 STARS if we could. May this facility be abundantly blessed always.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Josef for years & he’s the absolute best !! I’ve moved away from where I used to live, where the distance was less than now, but that wouldn’t deter me because it’s worth the trip !! I go to his Suffern office & I highly recommend Dr. Josef & his wonderful staff !!!!
