Had to wait for an appointment but he was well worth it. I had such good feeling about him. He replaced my knee and I am doing great.

My mom fell this morning and broke her hip. Dr. Keen performed total hip replacement surgery on her this evening and called me immediately afterwards to tell me that everything went smoothly, that she'll be in recovery tonight, even practicing walking. He went through everything she needs for aftercare and answered any questions I had. I just feel so relieved right now - I know my mom does, too. And I'm super grateful that such a skilled and caring doctor treated her.

When I saw Dr. Keen for knee pain in Sep 2018, he diagnosed it as arthritis based on x-rays alone. He administered a shot into the joint which had no affect. By Nov. the pain was constant and extreme. I called his office on the Mon. after Thanksgiving and was told that the earliest available appt. was Jan. 17 - seven weeks away! With the help of my PCP, I was referred to a better Orthopedic surgeon who saw me in 3 days and immediately ordered an MRI. The pain was from dual meniscus tears - not arthritis. Arthroscopic surgery fixed the problem long before Jan. 17. Dr. Keen is not patient focused and his office couldn't care less if you're in extreme pain. Look elsewhere.

First visit nurse stated Dr. wouldn't see me without an ex-ray after I had been instructed to have an MRI, and I brought the results to see. After having ex-ray waited in inner office for an hour and a half listening to Dr. talk with intern in hallway for over a half hour. I left. Unbelievably bad service with no follow up concern.
